Here is what to bring, how the gate works, and who to call if something goes sideways.

Yard Hours

Mon–Fri · 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Closed Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays. Equipment dropped outside Yard Hours is not accepted, and the shipping line is not notified.

What to Bring

  • Driver's license (state-issued, current)
  • Container number
  • Booking or release number
  • Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) for inbound

Gate Procedure

  1. Approach the yard attendant.
  2. Hand over your documents.
  3. Await guidance to your specific unit location.
  4. Proceed to the proper location.
  5. Drop or pick up the container.
  6. Follow signs toward the exit.

Common Reasons for Rejection

  • Missing booking or release number
  • Container damage exceeds IICL acceptance
  • Driver's license expired or not presented
  • Incorrect location
  • Conduct that disrupts yard safety
