- Gate-in
- Driver arrives; unit accepted at the gate.
- Inspect
- IICL-certified inspector evaluates the unit.
- Estimate
- Repair estimate prepared and presented to customer.
- Approval
- Line authorizes the repair; unit cleared for work.
- Repaired
- IICL-standard repair restores the unit.
- Cancelled
- Line declines repair; unit moves to disposal path.
- Prepared
- Unit prepped for neutralization or scrap handoff.
- TTL / Neutralized
- Total loss; unit awaits scrap release.
- Available
- Unit ready for next customer release.
- Release
- Line authorizes pickup against booking number.
- Gate-out
- Driver collects unit and exits to destination.
