Gate-in
Driver arrives; unit accepted at the gate.
Inspect
IICL-certified inspector evaluates the unit.
Estimate
Repair estimate prepared and presented to customer.
Approval
Line authorizes the repair; unit cleared for work.
Repaired
IICL-standard repair restores the unit.
Cancelled
Line declines repair; unit moves to disposal path.
Prepared
Unit prepped for neutralization or scrap handoff.
TTL / Neutralized
Total loss; unit awaits scrap release.
Available
Unit ready for next customer release.
Release
Line authorizes pickup against booking number.
Gate-out
Driver collects unit and exits to destination.
